I currently order Grainger repair parts on Grainger.com. Will I be able to order Grainger repair parts through the punchout?
The ability to order from Grainger Repair Parts through the punch out is not currently available. To order these repair parts, create non-catalog items and submit a purchase order to Grainger Repair Parts (local branch) for these. You can find your local branch by clicking on the Find a Branch tab and searching by Zip code, area code, state or branch number.
I purchase products on a repeat basis and utilize Personal Lists on Grainger.com to make this easier and more convenient. Does Grainger punch out allow me to create Personal Lists?
Yes. You may create personal lists on the punchout. However, the lists will automatically be shared with all of the users at your property, so give your personal lists unique names for easy identification.
I like to review the orders I place on Grainger.com on Order History. Is Order History available on Grainger the punchout?
Order History is not available on Grainger.com. However, your marketplace or ERP typically offer this functionality.
I like to check Order Status on Grainger.com. Is this functionality available on Grainger punch out?
Order Status functionality is not currently available on Grainger punch out. However, if you are registered on with the appropriate account number on Grainger.com and know your purchase order number, you may check order status in this way. Check with your Grainger Account Representative to obtain your account number if you do not know it.
Sometimes I have a need to pick up products the same day. I currently use Grainger.com to place Will Call orders to accomplish this. Is Will Call an option through the punchout?
Will Call is not available on the Grainger punchout. In order to place Will Call orders, phone in your order to the local branch and create a confirming PO in Birch Street.
