New functionality is being rolled out within HSM’s eProcurement application. Buyer’s will soon be able to “Punch-out” of the eProcurement application and shop on many supplier’s Web Marketplaces before returning to the eProcurement application with a Purchase Order. The first Supplier offering using the punch-out shopping method will be Sysco.
The link to access the Sysco Punch-out shopping site will be provided on the Catalogs Tab. Access the Catalogs Tab via the link on the Logo Panel. This link will be visible only if the Sysco Punch-out Profile information has been added for your user account.
Follow the following directions to add this information to your user account:
Access the Main Menu by un-checking the Hide Menu checkbox in the Logo Panel.
Under the V7 Procurement heading, select Sysco Punchout Profile.
After the Sysco Punchout Profile screen has loaded, enter the eSysco user ID and Sysco customer number on the Punchout Profile tab.
Zoom in to select the Operation company location at Sysco.
Click the "Save" button.
For each additional Sysco Operation Company Location you use, click the “New” button and repeat steps 3 to 5.
Click the “Close” button to close the screen and return to the eProcurement Application.
Once ALL the Sysco account information has been added to the Sysco Punchout Profile, the Sysco link will become visible on the Catalogs tab of the Front Page. Clicking on this link will take you to the eSysco Login Screen. Shop on the eSysco site and checking out will return a PO to the eProcurement application.
